Classes Offered
Vinyasa
Come flow with me. Linking breath to movement, vinyasa focuses on mind and the body. Muscles are warmed, joints are opened, and circulation is improved. It’s moving meditation. We practice at your pace, and the flow is customized so you can get what you need during the session
Prenatal
Prepare your body for childbirth. A form of vinyasa, prenatal yoga is beneficial for both you and your baby, and a time to bond prior to his or her arrival. Calm your mind and reduce stress, relieve muscle tension, and increase your strength and stamina for childbirth. You’ll focus on breath work while flowing through postures modified for your trimester or individual needs.
Postnatal
Bounce back! Postnatal yoga helps to restore your core, relieve postpartum aches and pains, and strengthens your pelvic floor. Reduce stress and fatigue and energize your soul. This is a gentle way to ease back into your regular fitness routine, designed to meet you where you’re at and empower you as a new mom. Babies are welcome.
