Postnatal Yoga

A regular yoga practice has a vast array of benefits for both mom and baby. Having practiced yoga prior, during, and after my pregnancy, I experienced these benefits firsthand throughout my journey. Now I want to share them with all of you.

Postnatal yoga helps to restore your core, relieve postpartum aches and pains, and strengthens your pelvic floor. Reduce stress and fatigue and energize your soul. This is a gentle way to ease back into your regular fitness routine, designed to meet you where you’re at and empower you as a new mom. Babies are welcome.

MY PRE & POST NATAL JOURNEY

I always loved yoga and the benefits, and regularly shared them with those around me. However, my practice became even more pivotal during my pregnancy and postpartum. I experienced the tremendous benefits of yoga throughout the 9 months leading up to childbirth. And postpartum, yoga helped me to regain my strength and reconnect to my own body. I came back stronger, confident, and empowered. I want to educate other women and share this wisdom. My goal is to help you feel your best, wherever you are in your journey!
